Diagnostic Ultrasound Professionals can find information here about the status of regulation of the profession in Nova Scotia. We also provide information about our annual conference, awards, and job opportunities. Announcements New Department of Health requests more information The DOH has requested more information from our lawyer, Marjorie Hickey. There were 3 particular questions. The first question asked for a copy of the jurisdictional scan related to our groups. This is a document that Marjorie will provide and it simply reviews the current status of our professions in Nova Scotia and our scopes of practice. The other 2 questions were answered by NSAMRT. DOH asked if the NSAMRT consulted with the NS Nurses Union on the draft Act and they asked what the estimated membership fees will be for the college.
